Date trays for occasions, ready to serve
For gatherings and occasions: Mufattal laid out in a tray, wrapped and ready to set before guests.
The Mufattal is laid in the tray date by date and sealed in clear wrap so it arrives as it was laid: take off the wrap and set it before your guests, with no plates and no arranging, and the tray is yours to keep. The Mufattal in them is Sukkari from our farms in Qassim, from the 1448 harvest.

Date tray sizes and prices
Three sizes, each in the three grades: Small tray (about 65 dates), Medium tray (about 90 dates) and Large tray (about 150 dates). The counts are approximate, a few fewer the bigger the dates. The prices in the table come from the shop itself.
| Size | Approximate number of dates | Royal | Premium | Everyday |

| Small tray | About 65 | SAR 109 | SAR 89 | SAR 69 |
| Medium tray | About 90 | SAR 129 | SAR 99 | SAR 79 |

Which grade for your hospitality tray?
| The tray | What is in it, and for which gathering |
|---|---|
| Royal Tray | With Royal dates: the largest fruit and the most fully twisted, for the gathering you want remembered. |
| Premium Tray | With Premium dates: full-size fruit, evenly twisted, and what is served in most majlises. |
| Everyday Tray | With dates of the Everyday grade: the same taste, with smaller, less regular fruit and a lower price. For large gatherings and public occasions. |
The same variety, the same palms, the same day. The difference is in the shape alone: size, how even the twist is, how uniform the colour is, and how closely the skin holds the flesh. Royal meets all four at their highest, Premium meets them, and Everyday is small and broken dates for cooking. The taste is close across them all.
Which grade should I choose? For guests and the majlis: Premium. For the very best the sorting produces: Royal, available now. For cooking, sweets and juices: Everyday, the lowest priced, available in limited quantity. The grades page shows them side by side so you can compare for yourself. The grades page →
