What we commit to in every batch
One grade for the whole batch
The whole batch is in the grade you choose, written plainly on every box.
One production date
The whole batch is from one season, stamped on it: Harvest 1448.
Uniform packing
Boxes of one shape for the whole batch, keeping each date's shape from being crushed.
From our own farms
Qassim is the home of Sukkari, and our farms there are our own. We do not buy on the open market, and we do not mix in anyone else's harvest.
Cold chain
Dates are alive, and heat steals their texture. They reach our stores in Jeddah from Qassim every day, we keep them there carefully chilled, and they reach you on the day your order is confirmed.
Delivery inside Jeddah
Free for orders from SAR 299, and a wholesale order always goes beyond that. For the other regions, we reply with the cost and the timing before confirming.

Before you order
Do you prepare orders for companies and events?
Yes. We prepare quantities for events and organisations, in uniform packing, with one grade and one production date for the whole batch. Message us on WhatsApp with the quantity and the date.
How is the price for a quantity set?
Send the grade, the number, the city and the date from the form above, and we will reply with a written quote, delivery included, before anything is confirmed. The prices published here are for a single carton.
Do you deliver outside Jeddah?
We ship to every city in the Kingdom, to the Gulf, and to the rest of the Arab world and beyond. Add what you want to the basket and choose “Outside Jeddah”, then “Finish your order on our Zid store”: you give your address there, choose the shipping company and see its price before you pay. Within the Kingdom in 1–5 business days, the Gulf with Aramex GCC in 3–7 business days, and the rest of the world with DHL in 3–14 business days.
How should the quantity be stored once it arrives?
Somewhere cool and dry, away from the sun, or in the fridge if the place is warm — so the dates stay soft for longer. It does not need freezing.
Prefer to talk directly?
WhatsApp is the quickest way, and we reply ourselves.
