How is it worked out?
About a plate of dates per guest, half Sukkari Mufattal and half Sukkari Galaxy, Royal. A coffee server for every nine guests, and a dallah for each server plus one more for every fifteen guests. A Royal plate is SAR 30, a Premium plate of Mufattal, Galaxy or Sagai SAR 25; the other varieties follow their price per kilo. A gathering has at least 6 plates, a coffee server and a dallah, none of them more than 25% below the suggestion; more is up to you.
