On the site or on WhatsApp. Every riyal you pay is a point, added to your card when your order reaches you.

Your level rises
With the number of your orders: “Rutab” from the third, “Tamr” from the sixth and “Maknooz” from the tenth. Your level never goes down.

Exchange your points
Choose your gift when you complete any order, and it comes with it: Kleija, Maamoul, Ghraiba, dates.

Your level is counted by the orders that have reached you, from the site or from WhatsApp. The level discount applies to everything that is not on offer, and stays with you as long as you are a member.

Every hundred points is worth about five riyals of sweets and dates. Kleija and Maamoul open in the rewards on the day we start selling them.

Questions about membership
- How do I join?
- You do not need to join: your first order with your mobile number opens a card for you, and its link reaches you after the order.
- Where do I see my card?
- On its own link, which appears after your first order and is saved on your device. If you lose it, message us on WhatsApp from your number and we will send it to you.
- When are points added?
- When the order reaches you. A cancelled order earns no points, and any points you exchanged in it come back to you.
- Do WhatsApp orders count?
- Yes. We record them on your card by your mobile number, so they count towards your level and points just like orders on the site.
- Does the discount combine with offers?
- The membership discount applies to what is not on offer. What is on offer stays at the offer price.
- Can my level go down?
- No. Your level counts all your orders, and it never goes down. The highest is “Maknooz”.
