Our dates are stored with care in Jeddah, and reach our stores from our farms in Qassim every day. We deliver ourselves, and your order reaches you on the day you confirm it, chilled all the way to your door — we never leave it at the door or with anyone but you.
Free delivery from SAR 299
Delivery inside Jeddah is SAR 30, and free for orders of SAR 299 or more. The basket works it out for you before you send the order, so there are no surprises on delivery.
Outside Jeddah
We ship to every city in the Kingdom, to the Gulf, and to the rest of the Arab world and beyond. Add what you want to the basket and choose “Outside Jeddah”, then “Finish your order on our Zid store”: you give your address there, choose the shipping company and see its price before you pay. Within the Kingdom in 1–5 business days, the Gulf with Aramex GCC in 3–7 business days, and the rest of the world with DHL in 3–14 business days.
Packing and storage
Mufattal is packed in a box that keeps each date's shape from being crushed, and stamped with its grade and harvest year. Once it arrives, keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from the sun, or in the fridge if the house is warm — the dates stay soft for longer.
