Taste before you pay
You pay on delivery: open the box in front of our driver and taste. If you don't like the dates, they come back with us and you pay nothing, and we won't ask you why. For orders inside Jeddah, paid on delivery.
Twenty-four hours after delivery
If you accepted the order and then find it does not match the grade written on the box, or it is damaged, or it is short in weight — message us on WhatsApp within twenty-four hours of delivery, with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and the choice is yours.
What we do not replace after acceptance
A box you accepted and then mostly ate, for a reason that has nothing to do with quality. That is why the guarantee is at the door: you taste there and decide.
The grade is written before you buy
Each grade has its own page explaining its criteria: size, twist, colour and how closely the skin holds the flesh — so you know exactly what you are ordering before it reaches you.
